  1. Hi Anne, Creeping in and Out of Cemeteries- I know what you mean about that experience. I have great grandparents buried in Chicago and the Irish great grandparents do not have gravestones but I was able to get the information from the cemetery office. Great Grandfather Gooley could have parents that lived and died in Chicago but I have no idea how to get this information since I do not have their names. Chicago, IL census did not list the names of the family-just the name of the head of the household pryor to 1870. This is not much help. Great Grandmother (Fitzgerald) Gooley is the same problem. Great read!!
