Hi Anne, I have to admit, I do like my ‘fake’ extra daylight time in the spring and summer. I just look at the clock and I don’t think about what time it really is suppose to be. Granted, now that I am not working, it makes it easier to make the adjustment and I do appreciate real Eastern Standard Time in the fall and winter because I am getting up way too late in the morning right now. I function on daylight and getting up in the morning. When winter arrives it makes it hard though. I guess I like to stay under the covers where it is warm but I can’t sleep in a room when it is too hot. Go figure!! Take care-
